About Us

Who we are?

A Medal Mounting and Ribbon Bar Service.

Established by Pamela in 2007. Initially as a hobby, Pamela’s attention to detail and customer service continued to grow, generating a reputation for the business across Australia. Her clientele from across the ACT soon grew into a regular patronage of serving and retired veterans from Defence, Emergency Services, including families wishing to honour past and present kin. Operating from the shop front in Fyshwick daily customers met and walked away satisfied and impressed with the service Pamela provided.

On the 11 Nov 2018, Pamela wishing to slow down, sold her business to a new owner, Greg. Greg a 29-year veteran of the Australian Army (still serving) saw Pamela’s business as an opportunity to continue providing a high-quality medal mounting enterprise to the community. His vision is to grow the business providing the same quality of service and attention to detail, employing veterans of the of the ADF and Emergency Services community affected by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) attributed to their service.

Greg’s intent is to provide an environment for veterans, where they can work within the scope of their condition and remain connected to the community. As such, Greg has retained the support of Pamela who continues to work within the business, providing advice and mentorship to current employees. Pam’s skill, knowledge and patience in medal mounting has aided in the development of several new employees, helping the business to continue in its mission to support veterans affected by PTSD.
